Building upon our last cARTie at home blog activity, we encourage you to comb together some popsicle sticks, paper, pens, and tape to make your own popsicle stick prompts for further art museum exploration. We love popsicle stick prompts because they are tangible, recyclable, simple, and accessible. Anyone can make them, and anyone can use them!
Check out some prompts in action, here:

As you begin using your popsicle stick prompts, let us know what kinds of connections you forge with your child(ren). Are there works of art around that bring you together? What is it like to listen to each other's felt experiences with different works of art?
Note: with young children, you may find it useful to focus on the colored paper side of your popsicle stick prompts. That way, you can offer them a bit of a self-directed color hunt. With older children, your prompts will promote reading and comprehension practice.
Maybe post a picture on social media.
